I have been working with Eric Tam for the last 7 cars that I have either leased or purchased. I am so happy with him, that I wouldn't think of using someone else. I love Honda's and since I have never that I have either leased or purchased. I am so happy with him, that I wouldn't think of using someone else. Eric is very patient and answered all questions as well as assisting in all the new features. I now have a back up camera on this car and I love it. No more guessing whether you are too close while backing up. The room inside is amazing. The service department is also amazing and very accomidating. We were looking around for new cars and had visited several dealerships, until we decided to try DCH at old bridge, though its a little far from where we stay, but I would say it was worth the visit. For the first time we felt that someone was actually interested in giving us all the perspectives and not just selling the car or pushing for a deal. I would say that Eileen Conlon really took the effort of explaining various features of the car and especially after using another brand I was a bit skeptical about Honda, but Eileen really explained everything well until the sports variant caught our eye. We reallyd like Eileen's perseverance in convincing us what was good for us. Lily (finance manager) had all the patience to answer the zillion questions that we posed for her & she gave us all the perspectives and guided in the almost 1.5 hour question session. This was our first big splash and we wanted to be sure about our decision and I guess Eileen & Lily did help us in that. Though there were some issues before the delivery of my car, it got all sorted out well in the end. As a honest feedback, I would say that the internal processes have to be tuned a little and people have to be insync. But I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend Regards More

I have really good experience buying my new Honda CR-V at DCH Academy Honda. Mari Lobeto send me a quote right away over the email, so I had an idea what price to expect. Originally I narrowed my choice between Honda CR-V and Subary Forester, but during my visit to the Honda dealership I figured this is it, I do not go to somewhere else. My sales person Erich Tam was very nice, knowledgeable and very kind. During the test drive we drove on the highway and the local streets so I could really test how car handles in different situations. It was really rainy day so I was able to fully tested the AWD on the Honda CR-V. Erich showed me and explained all the controls and buttons in the car, so basically I do not have to read the car manual to figure this out. He took my old car for traid-in evaluation and gave me a reasonable value. He wasn't pushy at all, didn't try to sell unnecessary extra stuff like they usually do at NY dealerships. Erich Tam, Chris Mazzeo and Stephen Chung took an extra steps to make my car buying experience as nice and pleasant as possible.
