This is my second purchase during the year-end lease deals from DCH Academy Honda. They always give away hamburgers, hot dogs, water and sodas, as much as you want and they never run out, except for the deals from DCH Academy Honda. I bought the Civic lx sedan in 2010 and again this year 2013 but someone beat me to the color I wanted on the lot. Not to worry, the location to the port terminal allowed them to get my color delivered to the showroom in 7 days. The dealer is operated with smooth surveilance fashion so you won't be approached by every salesman like zombies in a movie. Erich T. helped me the first time and I asked for him again. He is tireless in his efforts to answer every question. He has many awards for sales that compliments his thorough Honda knowledge and the sales process. The office is always fresh and very clean. No rundown floors or tired walls. The restrooms are spacious with modern appliances and it always looks like it was just cleaned. My history of service was a main reason though, that I came back. I get email coupons for oil and wiper replacements frequently so half the service visits end up being discounted. I recommend to make an appointment though or you can spend a couple hours waitng but that's also not bad, because they have complimentary coffee, tea and water that you self serve. Watch TV on super clean soft lounge chairs and buy a snack or bottle soda if you wish. They have it all. 5 stars Mike1962 More

I am fortunate enough to say that this was my SECOND experience dealing with Paul Rittberg. I actually made sure that he would be available that day. Having been in the stressful situation of my husba experience dealing with Paul Rittberg. I actually made sure that he would be available that day. Having been in the stressful situation of my husband's car breaking down, I immediately thought of DCH Academy Honda and Paul. It was Labor Day. I wasn't sure if Paul would be there. A WONDERFUL employee named Jennifer chatted with me online and said we could have the car towed directly to the dealership and to keep her posted so that Paul would be available to meet with. Paul's genuine nature and humor totally transformed this day for us. Sound too good to be true????? Even before we arrived, I knew that he would. Within moments of us sitting down with Paul, the pressure of the situation dissipated. Thank you, Paul, for yet again helping us and for never rushing us. We appreciate all that you do. More

Furthermore, I've been looking around consistently for the last 6 months for a good deal which met my financial standards. I came across DCH Academy Honda through online and I immediately had my eyes set on this beautiful 2009 Honda Accord Coupe Ex-L model. So without a second thought, I booked an appointment with Tim Crowley, a used cars salesman. Let me begin by telling you, this gentlemen could not have given me any better hospitality from the beginning to the end. As soon as I walked in, he greeted me open handedly and was ready to make me a happy customer. He clicked very well with us from the start and did not hesitate to hear our end when discussing about the car. He did everything he could in his power to meet at a VERY reasonable price. He knew without a doubt, he wasn't going to let me walk out the dealership without a smile on my face. I am now a proud owner of a beautiful car. Ultimately, Tim is the reason I walked out the dealership with my first big purchase after graduating college and I could not be any more grateful. DCH Academy still calls me randomly just to check up on how the car is running. Now THAT'S good business. DCH Academy knows the deal, have the right crew, and will make you one happy customer! More

I went to the dealership to trade in my 2011 Honda Civic I leased from a different dealer. I was wayyyyy over mileage and while other dealers basically said they couldn't help me, DCH in Old Bridge stepped I leased from a different dealer. The deal I got was right around what I expected to pay for the new lease and there was not very much back and forth and wasting time. A family member recommended the dealership to me and got me in touch with Eileen Conlon. She was very pleasant and definitely wanted me to feel comfortable with prices before we proceeded any further. Once we agreed on price, I saw the finance manager Lily. Again, another pleasant experience. They both did a great job not pressuring me into anything while informing me of what options were available. That is something that I cannot say that I experienced at other dealers. I drove past about 5-6 Honda dealers on my way to DCH and although there were closer dealers I would definitely go back and get another car from DCH when this lease is up. Top notch customer service. This is one of my most pleasant experience of my new car purchase. On Labor Day, I purchased a new 2013 Honda CR-V with the right exterior and interior color I am looking for. I've done at least 6 weeks of research from edmunds.com and cars.com for features, prices, dealers, etc. before I decided to pay a visit to DCH Academy Honda. The sales representative, Erich Tam, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not push me into buying anything but begin with listening to my need in the next several years and answered each of my questions in great detail. He made me feel like talking to a friend. The loan officer, Lilly Li was also very friendly and helpful. Though this is 2013 model, the car was just shipped to the dealer on August 16. The 2014 model virtually is not changed from 2013 model. So, effectively, I was like buying a 2014 car, not a 2013 car stayed in dealers lot for months. I've kept all of my cars for more than 10 years, so, I really do not care to buy a previous year mode as long as I can find an attractive price. The dealer really gave me a very attractive price that is hard to find and I can even negotiate with them before closing the deal. I strongly recommend this dealership. More
