I've been in the market for a car for myself for a few months now. I did my research on line and would often check out their used car lot after business hours. When we decided to go last night for the purchase, we were approached by Tim Crowley. Right away he was very helpful . We took 2 cars out for a test drive; and I appreciated his knowledge of both cars (Civic & Accord). Once I decided on the car that I wanted to purchase, he was very thorough in explaining the paperwork and the steps we needed to take to complete the purchase. Overall it was a great experience as it's been a long time since I made a car purchase (11 years). The staff was also very friendly. This was my first time leasing a car and I couldn't have had a better salesman than Joe Guzzo. He took a lot of time explaining how leasing works, what I was responsible for and what Honda covered. My trade-in was a 13 year old Oldsmobile so you can imagine the difference in the technology. It was a little scary, but Joe made sure I felt comfortable behind the wheel before I even got on the road for a test drive. He also was very patient explaining all the bells and whistles, most of which I was not familiar with, making them less complicated to understand and operate than it seemed at first. I drove the car home with a lot more confidence than I thought possible! My insurance company told me that he faxed them the required paperwork immediately - they said that not all salesmen are so accommodating - they expect the client to take care of the paperwork. His attitude was pleasant, friendly and reassuring - as a female "senior citizen", I appreciate this. I know I can call him with questions at any time and get the answers I need. All around, this was a surprisingly positive experience and I plan to be back in three years for another lease. I look forward Joe Guzzo signing me up again! More

Made the deal and one week later we were there to finish the paperwork which had been pretty much completed by Joe by the time we got there. Had to sign some papers, write a check, go over the booklets (warranty, tire, service, etc) and we were done. Vehicle had been cleaned up while we were taking care of the paperwork, and we went outside to review the vehicle, got my bluetooth set up for me, and away we drove. Very professional, friendly staff. This is my second vehicle from DCH Academy Honda and I am sure in 3 years will be back there again. More

I knew from the moment I walked into this dealership that I was at the right place. I had wasted the whole day shopping around at other dealerships and all I experienced was pressure, pressure, pressure and I was at the right place. The salesman who greeted us at the door , Joseph Koedros , was very friendly from the start and very knowledgeable about Honda. He answered all of our questions ( and there were a lot) very thoroughly and convinced us that Academy is the place to buy. I love my new Honda and will make sure I tell all my friends and relatives the experience I had here so they can have the same one with Joe. The whole process took about an hour and a half and they took care of it all from start to finish. Don't waste your time with other amateur dealers in the area, do yourself a favor and come see Joe at Academy, they are definitely the pro's in this business.
