Paul made sure the process went smoothly and provided the time we needed to make a selection and understand the deal. We previously purchased Hondas from Paul at another dealership that was actually closer to our home. Distance is irrelevant when it comes to working with someone you trust and expertly knows his products. Paul and the dealership were respectful of our time and didn’t do any “hard sell” tactics that we had previously been exposed to. Add-on options and additional services were presented while finalizing the deal without pressure which was very helpful….we actually purchased the Xzilon Green protection and love it. Especially since I was working through an insurance claim process at the same time as trying to purchase the new car, I was most times unable to make any commitments regarding the car. Which, I can imagine, can be very annoying to salespeople. However, Paul never let anything dampened his good spirits in all the communication with us and did everything he could to work around the restrictions we had.
