We had heard great things about this dealership and especially about Essam Beshay. We got our second car from this dealership and during both the occasion we had great experience. Sam as people there call him was very friendly and easy going. During the test drive he showed us each and every feature of the vehicle. He spent good enough time with us to make sure that we were familiar with the new features since the 2013 Accord had lot of new features. Even though we didn't reach to any agreement during that visit we visited him again during Black Friday and he offered us even a better deal. Me an my wife were really happy with the ease the level of comfort and patience with which Sam worked with us. There was no pressure whatsoever by Sam. After we finalized everything and when we went to pick up the keys, Sam went with us all the documents , manual and made us explain as to what is what. He also walked out with us and showed us the features in car. Also I would like to mention about finance manager Stephen Chung who was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and jovial person. They especially bent over backwards to help make the purchase an easy one. In addition, they made sure that all items needing attention were addressed prior to releasing the vehicle. Dave always kept in touch with me either via a phone call or text to let the family know the status of the minor work to be done prior to taking possession of the vehicle.
