Went to trade in my used convertible not thinking the dealership would work with me but I was wrong. Never once did he pressure for the sale. Upon leaving, we met with Steve Chung in finance who got us out of the dealership in 15 minutes and once again didn't "up sell" Honda products and just wanted us to be satisfied with their dealership and service. I worked with GM Joe Scardigno in advance to review my options for purchasing or leasing a car for my mother, who had been used to driving a Honda. We came to the showroom on black Friday to close the deal. Even though it was very busy, Joe made plenty of time for us. He also paired us with one of his sales consultants, Joe Guzzo, to work through the details and paperwork for leasing an Accord LX. All members of the sales and finance team were pleasant, patient and polite. Both Joe Scardigno and Joe Guzzo made everything seem easy and low-stress. And, my mother loves the car! This allowed me to make my sons' ALLstar football game down in Absecon(I arrived in just in time for his name to be announced, and the opening kickoff...my son being the kicker. It was an onsides kick & we recovered to start the game-scored on that drive!). Anyway, his attention to customer care and personal service was much appreciated,especially in these days of auto phone responses, computers,etc. I should also mention Michael C as well.
