His price was right. They work as a team and when I arrived Khalil Quraishi, New Car Sales Consultant, then took the reins and lead me though the structured purchase process. What a nice pleasant guy who clearly knows his job. I can't say enough about this guy. No surprises. Exactly what I was quoted in the email by Mark was the price I got. Every number and ever fact the same. The SUV I wanted and was told was in stock by Jennifer Calderon over the phone was there for me when I arrived to test drive with Kahalil. Numerous times from the beginning to the end every number is gone over to make sure there was no question on anything. Unlike other dealers, nothing changed, every number was correct and any question I asked I was given a straight clear answer with no hedging. Never was anyone I spoke with pushy or acted other than appropriately when it came to offering some other options that I did not choose to buy. I was given explanations and prices and then I could decide. From my observation, all the employees work well and friendly together and they have respect for the customers and fellow employees, something I certainly cannot say for other dealers. I drove and checked the CR-V EX AWD I was to buy, and multiple times, together we verified all was right. I can say I felt comfortable there and also it was obvious the owners run a tight ship focusing on customer service. Everyone I met cared, even after the purchase, to the parts guy I bought some extra wiper blades from (who instructed me how to put them on) , to the service people putting on my Spash guards, who walked me key in hand to the CR-V and wished me well as I was leaving. And, Khalil was always around making sure I was happy or if I had concerns. Come to think of it, it seemed that everyone who works in the place is focused on keeping the customer happy and making sure the customer knows they are there for them! Now I know the reason why these guys are #1. I came here for that reason and am glad I did. I would suggest both Mark and Khalil any day to anyone who might ask me based on how nice and honestly I was treated, but it seems to me, it all has to started with the owners and management, it is their vision on how to handle sales and customer service. Sometimes when you read reviews you think, man, that customer was really suckered big time, but you have to see this place for yourself, their great reviews make sense, they treat you right and respect you and their prices are right. What they say is what they do, price-wise, service wise, and customer service wise. No tricks, no sleight of hand. The numbers are real, and there are no surprises. What a pleasure to do business with these people. More
