I started looking into buying a new car since my current vehicle had 175,000 miles on it. My first contact with DCH Academy Honda was via Eileen Conlon. She was extremely pleasant over the phone and really listened to my needs. I did my due diligence and researched, shopped, and looked at other dealers. However, Eileen sounded the most trustworthy and took a genuine interest in meeting my needs. I decided to stop in for a visit and Eileen was everything that I could have hoped for. Kind, unassuming and just really made every effort to make this buying decision a pleasant experience. She never pushed anything on me, she took her time, listened and more importantly - She Never Had to Bring A Sales Manager to me!!! I'm not knocking all Sales Managers but sometimes they can drive a customer away. I dealt with one person and she made it all happen. There really was not any haggling. Again, she listened and she made it happen. She also did a great job of explaining all of the features and benefits of this vehicle. She knew the car!! Also, I would like to make mention of Stephen Chung (Finance.) He was also extremely pleasant and not at all pushy when it came time to talk about additional options such as warranties and the like. He was friendly, attentive and extremely helpful in meeting my finance goals for this purchase. He did everything possible to make the process expeditious but also made sure that there were no unanswered questions. If all of the employees at DCH Academy Honda are like Eileen and Stephen, then this is by far one of the most customer focused dealerships that exists. Eileen Conlon and Stephen Chung are truly great individuals and should be commended for their skills, knowledge and attributes! Thank you for making this the most pleasant buying experience. More

I returned my leased Honda, and wanted to lease a 2014. I was very pleased with Paul's business manner, and his ability to help me to realize the lease agreement which I was looking for. So my truck went in for service (lets note it is 3k miles into a certified used contract from another dealership) truck just got over $2500 worth of upgrades like tires, trans fluid filters so on and so four into a certified used contract from another dealership) truck just got over $2500 worth of upgrades like tires, trans fluid filters so on and so fourth. After an exhausting 3.5 hour oil change the rep comes out with a heart stopping list of things that need to be done. Like trans oil , power steering fluid wiper blades. Every item that was just replaced 3 months earlier. Also $817 to replace two great condition bushings. Which I later let them replace under warrenty (yet somehow the price went down $300 for the certified coverage). Something tells me customer rip off. So the point here is they push work on the customer to make money not to be an honest dealership. Something is wrong tell people they will fix it. Scam and people will figure it out and let the world know. More
