I was searched car in all dealership and finally choose this place for my car. I had taken two cars so far from them and they are the best in price and having clean cars. I was looking into buying the 2014 Honda CRV EXL with navigation. I did all my research and I was ready. I have visited dealerships before but was not ready to buy. However, I was never offered anythin navigation. I did all my research and I was ready. I have visited dealerships before but was not ready to buy. However, I was never offered anything to make me buy. I decided to go to DCH Academy because a co worker bought her CRV there and I also read a few reviews about the dealership. I went with my wife to DCH Academy Honda and within seconds of entering, I was assigned to a salesperson. Ryan Hoey was my salesperson and he was great. He had me test driving the Honda CRV EXL with Navigation within 5 minutes. Ryan Hoey knew the vehicle inside and out and answered all my questions. We sat down and I told him that I was interested in buying but I was not trying to make a decision that day. This was the first dealership I visited and I wanted to visit a few more dealerships before making the decision. I did mention my TRUE CAR certificate and vehicle prices were given to me. No pressure. The manager, Akram Ali, came over and sweetened the deal. No pressure and the conversations were pleasant. I was expecting to get a headache from the sales pitch and negotiations(I have had some annoying experiences in past) but was pleasantly surprised on how smooth it was going. My wife and I decided to leave to take a breather and think about a decision. It is a big purchase. We came back 2 hours later and made the decision to buy. I only added side body molding to vehicle. The vehicle was not at the dealership, so we had to come back a few days later for pick up and finance. I dealt with Lily Li from finance. I did get the finance rate from the promotion. Lily did explain the other options about warranties but I declined. No pressure. Lily was very nice. Ryan, Akram and Lily were all great and very pleasant to work with. The whole experience made me want to buy a few more cars(I wish I had more money). The total time at dealership was around 3 hours. That is 3 hours for 2 days. Quick and painless. Don't waste your time with other dealerships unless you wish to get a headache and get frustrated. Go to DCH Academy Honda, you will be pleasantly surprised with your experience. Definitely ask for Ryan Hoey when you visit! More

Our experience (my husband and I) with DCH Honda was very pleasant. They were attentive, polite and explained thoroughly. When we were ready to walk out on the first deal they presented, they worked with u pleasant. They were attentive, polite and explained thoroughly. They gave us a couple of free gifts that would of cost around $800.00 (as they offer these protection products for sale) and we were not expecting it. The Honda Odessy EX-L lease, trading in the Honda Civic 2011 went smoothly and the appraisal was a wash. We did not owe anything on the Honda Civic and we literally went in with no down payment. Basically we paid our taxes and motor vehicle fee's and added one protection plan and drove off with our brand new car. The manager even came out to thank us for our purchase and reminded us that if we have any further questions on the vehicle we can call them up or come in and they would gladly assist us. We left with a decent payment and a pleasant feeling about our relationship with DCH Academy Honda in Old Bridge. Mr. and Mrs. Reyes More
