Amazing Customer Service!!! I needed a new key for my Honda Accord as my old one broke. I called a tow truck to come to my home (which is only 4 miles from the DCH Academy Honda I needed a new key for my Honda Accord as my old one broke. I called a tow truck to come to my home (which is only 4 miles from the DCH Academy Honda on Route 9) at 2pm. However, they didn't get to me until 5:40 and the dealership closed at 6pm on this particular day. I called the dealership to inform them that the tow truck was running really late and that I wouldn't get to them until about 6:05pm - 6:15pm and was wondering if they'd be able to wait for me. Luckily for me they did, with no hesitation. I arrived at 6:10 and Enrique immediately began to help me and promptly began my service. I am so grateful to him and the rest of the Honda staff for staying past closing hours on a Saturday to make me a new key. If it weren't for them I would have been without my car until that Monday. I highly recommend DCH Academy Honda on Route 9. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and got me in and out in no time. Ask for Enrique, he will give you fast, reliable, quality customer service!!
