My personal experience with DCH This is my 3rd Honda and I can't imagine buying another one from any other dealership but DCH. My overall experience with DCH was excellent. It all This is my 3rd Honda and I can't imagine buying another one from any other dealership but DCH. My overall experience with DCH was excellent. It all started with truecar.com. I received about 3 price quotes from competing dealerships and DCH was the lowest. My first communication with DCH was a phone call from Jennifer Calderon. I immediately felt comfortable speaking with Jennifer. We exchanged several email and phone conversations. I had many questions and Jennifer was readily available via email or telephone to answer them all. When I finally arrived at DCH I was greeted by Jennifer who introduced me to Andre Yulfo. Jennifer explained to Andre that I was a true car customer and told him the car I was interested in and gave him the price I was quoted. At this point Andre took over. I felt very comfortable with Andre as well. He was friendly, personable and an overall nice guy. Andre went over all the paperwork explaining all the numbers to me. There were no surprises, I was paying exactly what I was quoted. I wanted to keep my payments under a certain amount and Andre was able to get me more than what I was offered for my trade in. Andre took care of all my insurance requirements, registration, plates, etc. Andre then introduced me to Lily Li who is the Finance Manager. Lily was also very nice. She explained all the different warranties available and was able to cancel my existing extended warranty for which I will be receiving a refund for unused portion. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be using DCH to service my car as well (even though I live in SI). They took care of some minor scratches and cleaned my engine (you can eat off this thing now) A very satisfied customer. Thank you DCH. More

Great Experience! From start to finish, the overall experience with DCH Honda Academy was fantastic. In doing my research for a new Honda Civic, I was quoted a few diff From start to finish, the overall experience with DCH Honda Academy was fantastic. In doing my research for a new Honda Civic, I was quoted a few different prices by three dealerships. Although DCH Honda's price wasn't the lowest of the three (and trust me, their pricing was pretty impressive regardless), I decided to go with this dealership because I have a family history of people purchasing cars from DCH. At the dealership Sam Beshay worked with us not only to match the other dealership's pricing, but he beat it! In addition to the amazing deal we got with Sam, our financing person Vipin worked with us to give us the best APR available for my credit history and went over all the packages and options for maintenance on my new car in detail. After all the signing and paperwork was said and done, Sam went over all the features of my new car and answered any questions that I had. At the end of the day, I was glad that I made the decision to go to DCH and would recommend any new car buyer to DCH. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have every had. More
