I know that car salesman have a bad rep and they're all in it for the commission, so I was dreading the experience since this was my first time buying a new car. That said, I had a WONDERFUL experience at this dealership, especially in terms of the service I got from Paul Aweeky. He told me he only started at this dealership recently, so I'm glad I waited til now to come in. He was so straightforward with me about prices and what things are really worth spending the money for. We went over all of our options and even though I haven't made choice which car I'm going to buy yet, I know I will definitely be buying it from Paul at DCH Academy Honda in Old Bridge! Not only was the staff friendly but they were all extremely efficient. Essam Beshay was one of the best sales associates I have ever dealt with. He was organized, honest, and amazing. What he said was what he did. The whole process from start to finish today was less than an hour! I did a lot of the buying process with Essam over the phone this week and when I walked in the door today everything was above and beyond what he told me I would encounter! Excellent service from everyone there and I would definitely be leasing my next car with him/them again! More

I checked dealerrater.com and ACH Academy Honda had good ratings and I can understand why. I liked the reviews on Joseph Guzzo so I decided to meet with him. I was quoted a price and Joe honored the purchase price. No back and forth, haggling, low ball, or bait and switch games here. We were at the dealership most of the afternoon, but that's ok as we were in no hurry and we were very comfortable. I've always purchased new cars but dreaded the negotiating process, but this went smooth. I did not return to previous Honda Dealers where I purchased as there were small issues, and that's why wanted to search for a new dealer. Besides Joe Guzzo and Stephen Chung, I met with the manager Bill, who is also very nice. As far as my trade, I was a little disappointed I didn't get more of a fair value for it. I traded in a 2010 Civic in very good condition with 18000 plus miles on it. But I did agree on this sale so it can happen. If you get a good quote on one end, the dealership will make up for it on the other end. I've been buying new autos since I started driving. Joseph Guzzo not only made the deal happen, but was very patient. He spent time with us explaining everything about the car, especially the new features and sometimes repeated to help us understand. We are adapting to the new features, like push button start nicely. I love Hondas and have an older Honda Fit and wouldn't hesitate to deal with Joseph Guzzo and DCH Academy in the future or recommending them to Family and Friends. More
