Experience with Dealership I needed to lease a low cost car for my daughter who is going to Grad School. I researched and decided on a Honda CRV. They were very responsive and willing to help. I received initial pricing that was competitive, While not the best initial price, I had heard they were a good dealership to work with. I went into the dealership and met with the salesperson (Mike). He was very nice and was willing to work with me. I did leave that day, but called and emailed Mike over the next week and made a deal for a very fair price for the lease. I was very happy with the purchase process and the team at the dealership. DCH Academy is the BEST! I went to return my leased Honda CR-Z and to lease a new 2014 Civic Si Sedan. He then had Joe Guzzo take over to iron out all of the details and finalize the paperwork. Akram is an amazing manager and so easy to work with. He goes out of his way to help in any way he can and provide the best service! Working with Joe was such a pleasure. He explained every detail to me and was very friendly and courteous.
