I had been shopping for car for 4 weeks and got couple of quotes for 2014 Honda Accord EX but when I went to dealership they start charging me tons of different fees, but with the DCH it's totally different. You pay exactly what you have been quoted "NO TRICKS and NO HIDDEN CHARGES". Everything was upfront and there was no concept of negotiation that saved lots of my time. Paul from sales department showed me all new features very patiently and answered all my questions and made sure that I fully understood. No pressure to buy a car. I bought car on my first visit to DCH which itself shows how much satisfied I was. I would definitely recommend DCH Academy Honda to any and every one. More

Definitely Recommended - New Honda Accord Lease I leased my new Accord here at the beginning of this month after being referred to this dealership by a family friend. From the moment I walked in I was treated with the utmost respect, courtesy and professionalism. John, the sales manager was the first person I met with and he was extremely helpful. He asked me a few questions and ultimately gave me honest answers about what was best for me. As the process continued we then met with Sam, the sales consultant and he was extremely humble. Sam sat down with me and walked me through everything and explained everything clearly. Before dotting the i's and crossing the t's it was on to Stephen, the finance manager who was very funny and also explained all the paperwork that needed to be signed. At the end Sam took me to my new car and explained everything about the new vehicle. Not only that but Sam then followed up with me the following day (on a Sunday) to see how everything was. For me that is service that is above and beyond. Ultimately the price, the service, the courtesy, the professionalism and the respect that was shown to me was amazing and I would definitely recommend John, Sam, Stephen and all of the DCH Academy Honda folks if you are in the market for new Honda!!! Not only do I love my new Honda Odyssey, but a had the greatest experience ever while purchasing it! Andre Yulfo is great! I went without my husband so I could not be pressured into anything on the spot. I wanted to take the van for a spin & have time to make my decision. Andre sat me down and asked me what I wanted - not just the model, but what I was looking for in the vehicle. It was like the build your own portion of the website but with a salesperson. There was absolutely no pressure. Believe it or not, he even talked me out of something I was on the fence about, bringing down the price of the van. We found the exact model I wanted and he gave me an estimate of what it would cost me. Needless to say, I took it for a drive, ran home, grabbed my husband and turned right around to buy my van. I hope Andre continues to work at Academy Honda for a long time! Hondas have a good reputation but I plan to buy every car from this day forward from Andre! He is truly an honest sales person. More

Otis is hands down the nicest, kindest and most caring person that there is. He truly does care for his customers, and he always makes sure that they are getting the best deal possible. Any question that you may have … he answers it. I leased a 2014 Honda Civic EX-L from DCH. I was not able to get to the dealership until late Monday night, not once did Otis rush myself or my family because of the time. Steve, who we dealt with in finance, was magnificent as well! I never thought I would enjoy signing paperwork. He was thorough with explaining all the paperwork and he kept us smiling the whole time. After all was said and done, Otis clocked out and then brought me out to my brand new car. He then proceeded to take me through all the features the car had. Once again, not once did he rush me or my questions regardless of the time. My post purchase experience is exceptionally outstanding as well! Otis followed up several times to see how I was enjoying the car, and to make sure everything was going well – which it most certainly is … I LOVE my Civic! All I can say is … WOW!
