3rd purchase at this dealer... great to deal with. I leased a new car and purchased my 2nd used car from this dealer. The group was easy to work with and the customer service is second to none. The sales team was good, but the prep team has a little lacking in the attention to detail. The car was CPO, but there were a few minor things (fog lights not working, interior not as clean as it could be, missing 3rd key, and missing radio code). Nothing that can't get taken care of, but attention to detail on my first two purchases is why I returned for my 3rd. More

Here are just the facts. 1) when my wife and I when to look at a Honda accord ex-l V-6 we were lucky enough to get Adam Chu as our sales associate. He answer any and all of my questions and concerns in a clear and educated manner. If I need to buy another car and he is still there, I will only want to use him. 2) The price they gave me off the bat was as good or better than any dealer I went too. 3) after the car was paid for I thought Adam would just hand of the keys and we will leave. No Adam spent at least 45 minutes with my wife showing her many features of the car. The manager Paul was very curious and even parts that you have to deal with a car dealer (extended warranties,etc),this was done in an extremely professional manner. The warm atmosphere and friendly interactions with their staff was very memorable. The best part of the experience with DCH was dealing with Khalil. This mans professionalism, knowledge, integrity and sense of humor eased the entire process. Not once did we feel pressured to buy anything or felt that we were pains in the neck asking so many questions. When the time comes to purchase another vehicle we really hope to deal with him again!
