Honest dealers and good prices, no unnecessary add-ons I contacted several Honda dealerships in the area to try to get a good price. Before I talked to Mark at DCH, every other dealership either refused to I contacted several Honda dealerships in the area to try to get a good price. Before I talked to Mark at DCH, every other dealership either refused to give me complete pricing information over the phone, or they gave me information that was patently false. One place gave me the price and said "there may be additional fees" but refused to discuss what those fees might be. Another place gave me a price over the phone, promised there would be no extra charges, and then when I went in to buy the car they said the price I was given included a $500 discount for recent college graduates and a $500 discount for military service members, which I don't qualify for. DCH, on the other hand, gave me a written "out the door" price, which was very competitive and included all fees down to the tire tax. Also, they seem to be one of the few dealers that don't add on a lot of extras and then force you to pay for them. They don't add on anything without you asking. The next time I have to buy a car, I'm going to go straight to them first. More

I finally traded in my beloved Accord for a 2012 Honda Civic and Tim Crowley with his mild manner approach and easy going disposition was there to help me through the buying process. He took his time to answer any questions I had. There was no pressure selling or haggling back and forth. Tim's a very straight forward, pleasant and respectful "old school" gentleman without an attitude, a real pleasure to deal with. Once again I am a satisfied customer. She was instrumental to making my experience as smooth as possible. I was a little apprehensive going into this, because it was my first car purchase, and I know that some dealerships have bad reputations, but Ivon was there every step of the way to answer any questions I had, and proved to me that DCH Academy Honda is NOT like the other dealerships. Being a first time auto buyer, it was a learning experience for me, and I did make some mistakes by not being completely prepared with the documents I needed and stuff, but Ivon was patient, made time for me, and really came through for me. The finance manager, Dmitry was also very patient, and deserves a mention for being a stand up guy. Very, very satisfied with DCH Academy Honda, Ivon and Dmitry. Thanks guys! More
