Very Disappointed We walked around the showroom for 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged by a sales associate. She never gave us any specifics about the car, and just told us where to turn on the test drive. They were unbending in their price, and weren't very helpful at all. More

Great experience with Otis My car was in an accident and we wanted to replace it with a newer Pilot. I made sure to check with Otis that before I left, I would have something i My car was in an accident and we wanted to replace it with a newer Pilot. I made sure to check with Otis that before I left, I would have something in writing for my insurance company showing the price I would pay so I could use it to help collect diminished value from the other insurance company. Otis said no problem and came through with exactly what I needed. He introduced me to the used car manager who did the appraisal, came up with a good price, and let me know exactly what I needed. Although in the end I kept the car, I would have bought from Otis and he's the first person I'm going to see next year when I trade in my other car. I highly recommend you ask for him if you visit DCH. Also, as a warning, stay away from Freehold Honda. As I was leaving I remarked that he was so much easier to deal with then they were. 1 other perspective buyer with another salesperson behind me said they knew to avoid it all together and another 1 said they had the same crummy experience I had there.
