They always work with us to get the best price possible which is always important for my family. This past week we went in to upgrade to an SUV because we are having our first child in January. Winter being a concern we upgraded from a civic to a CRV. Khalil was informative, helpful and funny from start to finish. He didn’t keep us in the dealership for an exaggerated amount of time either which is always a plus! It was good conversation and good company while we were waiting for our new vehicle. After using Khalil and DCH academy Honda over the years they have become a part of our family. We mentioned we had a 4 year old, so it might be challenging, but Tony said to make it easy the car would be ready and avialable when we arrived -- which it was, right out front. We took a test drive as he explained the features, and we liked the car. We went inside to inquire further and he gave our son a hot chocolate (which he loved!) We negotiated fairly over the price and met Jesus, the manager, who helped us finalize the deal. We then met Marcus who explained that we could obtain a great extended warranty, which was something that interested us. We left a deposit and came back over the weekend to finalize -- and left with the car! Tony and Marcus answered all our questinos, responded to all our calls and were very helpful. No pressure, just friendly, courteous service! Overall, it was a very good experience at DCH Academy Honda - we would recommend! More

Upon entering DCH Honda/Pre-Owned division in Old Bridge, This past Saturday, I was blessed by being afforded the best car buying experience to date. Upon entering DCH Honda/Pre-Owned division in Old Bridge, NJ, I was greeted by one of their sales associates, Mr. David “Dave” Mazurek. I did not feel even the slightest hint of pressure and his genuine demeanor made me feel as if I have known him for 25+ years. Dave took me on a tour through the lot, guiding me toward vehicles he thought would interest me based on our conversation. All of the vehicles I looked at were in premium condition with low mileage, to the point that I felt like I was about to purchase a new vehicle. We test drove a couple of vehicles and were back at the dealership. On our drives, David spoke with me regarding the models we were riding in and compared and contrasted them with other models I inquired about. He is extremely knowledgeable and narrowing down my choices became much easier as a result. Once back at the dealership, Dave spoke with me about my then current vehicle and had it appraised for its trade-in value. DCH offered me top dollar for my vehicle and applied the difference as my down payment on what I had chosen to be my new vehicle. He worked closely with his sales manager, Mr. Peter “Pete” Modzelewski, and with one of the associates from the finance team, Mr. Marcus Rivera, to present me with all of my options and assist me with making the best choices based on my preferences and situation. Making a purchase and transitioning from one vehicle to another has never been so seamless and enjoyable. After shopping and comparing options from a few different financial institutions, they were able to present me with an extremely low interest rate. I was truly impressed how low it was, especially for a used vehicle. My new car payment is significantly lower every month and it is for a term that I am more than comfortable with. I also have the ultimate peace of mind knowing that this car was coming certified from Honda and that I was able to add a wheel and tire protection package and extend bumper-to-bumper coverage for up to 100k miles. Speaking as someone that buys new cars often, I was more than pleased making this pre-owned purchase and felt absolutely no need to haggle over price, as I felt more than content with their price and what they offered me for my trade-in. We came to DCH with an internet price offer which was generated through USAA and which included a breakdown of fees and taxes and an "Off the Lot" total price. At DCH it was a pleasure dealing with the professional sales staff, our salesperson Joe Guzzo was exceptional. Our time was valued and we were dealt with openly and honestly during discussions around add on options (which were presented as such, no pressure) and valuation of our trade in. Overall we were very happy with our experience at DCH and would definitely recommend that if you are in the market for a new Honda you take a trip to Old Bridge. More

Purchased 2015 Honda Pilot Touring On October 20, 2014, I purchased a new 2015 Honda Pilot Touring from DCH Academy Honda. On October 8, 2014, I received a Price Promise certificate fr On October 20, 2014, I purchased a new 2015 Honda Pilot Touring from DCH Academy Honda. On October 8, 2014, I received a Price Promise certificate from edmunds.com with a very attractive price on the exact model I was looking for. I was initially contacted by Lisa Golembiewski via e-mail to confirm my interest in the car. I told her I was very interested and planned on stopping by the dealership that night. When I arrived at the dealership, Lisa had made an appointment for me to meet with a salesperson. I was then introduced to Joe Guzzo. I explained to Joe that I was purchasing a company car and presented the Price Promise certificate. I also let him know that I wouldn't be able to complete the purchase for a couple of weeks due to company policy, but I was very interested in this one particular car (black on black Touring model). Joe was very accommodating. He said it wouldn't be a problem to hold the car if I left a small deposit and honored the Price Promise certificate to the penny. Over the 2 weeks between my initial visit and the date of purchase, I was contacted by Lisa and Joe several times to confirm the details of my purchase. Joe also had to contact the person in my office who handles auto purchases. Everything went very smoothly and I was able to pick up the car on the exact date and time I wanted. When picking up the car, I first met with Joe to go over the final purchase details. I was then introduced to Akram Ali in the finance department to complete the sale. I had my 7 year-old daughter with me and both Joe and Akram treated her as if she was part of the purchase process (she wasn't). They also made sure to keep my time at the dealership at a minimum as my daughter had just come from soccer practice and needed to get home to do her homework and get to bed for school the next day. The whole process took less than an hour. After signing some paperwork with Akram and going through the car with Joe, I drove off the lot with my brand new Honda Pilot. The entire process, from initial e-mail contact to final purchase, was handled with the utmost professionalism.
