Poor! Don't believe them! I bought a used car from DCH and came from far out of state to purchase. The car was older so I thought I would do better buying from a chain vs a sma I bought a used car from DCH and came from far out of state to purchase. The car was older so I thought I would do better buying from a chain vs a small indepenedent. WRONG! To be fair, the car was as advertised and the people were friendly. The issue is the 60-pt inspection.. per my mechanic, the oil hadn't been changed, the CD player was broken, fog lights burnt out, wrong size wipers and the car had a terrible wobble when driven over 60. While none of this is a huge deal, the whole 60 point inspection is a total crock. The brake work they did do was sub-par: a shim was used that started rubbing on a rotor. If my mechanic can find this stuff in 10 minutes, I fail to see how DCH missed it. UPDATE: I am STILL waiting for my registration. The temp NJ plate has expired and the car is not drive able in PA. After arguing with them to mail the registration in the first place (they xxxx well knew I was 2+ hours away) they stated they mailed it but I honestly don't believe it. I would have been better off buying at a local mom and pop place and had the car inspected first. One last thing.. they are obsessed with social media and push for positive reviews. AVOID! More

No Pressure / Knowledgeable Salesperson I walked into DCH Academy Honda and was greeted by Joe Guzzo. He listened carefully to my concerns and proceeded to show me two vehicles which would fit my needs. Joe didn't pressure me at all ! This was a very comfortable no pressure experience. Joe is very knowlegeable in his field. He explained all the features of both vehicles completely so I was able to make an informed decision. Some of these so called "salesman" made me feel like they couldn't be bothered. Then I walked into DCH and met Joe Guzzo. I am interested in leasing a Honda Pilot 2015 EXL. Being that I am new to leasing, Mr. Guzzo explained everything about leasing to me clearly. He made me feel wanted as a customer and quoted me a great price.
