Joe was friendly and dealt with negotiations in a professional manner. Joe was laid back, professional, and always greeted me with a smile (so did Andre- there's your shout out Andre!). Although Joe takes a long time at the photocopier and the fax machine, he didn't mind going above and beyond to meet this picky customer's needs. Everyone at DCH was extremely friendly...even Paul! I don't think I met Paul but I see his name in a couple of reviews so he was great, also! Joe never pushed for me to buy a car that day...in fact it took over a week of "shopping around" before I settled on my CRV. Unbeatable customer support and a wonderful experience...overall Joe was very personable and a pleasure to do business with. Everyone at Honda made sure I got what I needed...all the way down to my very own DCH Academy pen imported from China! Joe made buying a car a breeze and was even helpful when I went back today for plates! I gave him a hefty tip for that, so to everyone at DCH Academy...lunch is on Joe Guzzo for the next week!! I won't go to any other Honda dealer! Thanks DCH and especially to Joe Guzzo! More

Essam Beshay, the salesman I dealt with, changed my mind. From the first moment I started speaking to him, I liked his demeanor. He was very friendly, but in a very professional way, very helpful, informative and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question and explain everything in a clear way. He was very courteous and very patient. As you know, buying a car for many people is a major investment and it is a stressful experience. It was very comforting dealing with someone who seemed to have your interests at heart, not interested only in making a sale, but in making you feel comfortable in making the decision. I would highly recommend Essam to family and friends. I believe he is a great asset to your dealership. I am sure that if I have further questions or concerns I can contact Essam and he will be there for me.
