Didn't have to go through the whole hoop and ladders salesman dance. They beat a few dealers on price and able to get the best rate for finance. My bank had good rates with my credit but Honda Financing beat it by .5 points. Mark was the internet manager I worked with from home and once he spec'd and priced it out introduced me to Ryan who handled everything else. Great team approach. Thanks guys! Best car buying experience I've ever had!! I was in the market for a 2016 Honda Accord Sport. After getting the serious runaround by a competitor I went to DCH. They were able to put me in the car I wanted at the monthly payment I wanted. They were also actually able to get me the financing I wanted when their competitor told me it wasn't an option. This was by far the best car buying experience I ever had. The Sales Manager Sal and my Salesman Jason were up front and honest and I feel went the extra mile for me to ensure I got the deal I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. There was absolutely no high pressure sales pitch to buy things I didn't need and they got me in and out the door quickly. Jason followed up with me early the very next day to see if there was anything I needed him to help me understand in the new vehicle. I would definitely buy my next car here and will recommend this dealership to everyone I know. More

Visit Ron at DCH. Don't waste your time at other dealerships I was in a pinch and looking to get into a new vehicle that better suited the needs of my family and a recent change of career. Every dealership I went to just wanted to put me in a car, any car, that day, make their money immediately, and made sure it looked like they were really helping me not themselves. Ugh. Terrible. I was so aggravated and discouraged. A friend actually referred me to Ron at DCH and thank goodness. He was so informative and straight forward. He genuinely wanted to do what was right for me and THAT is how you earn business and referals!! He told me some things I didn't want to hear but that were honest and that I would have heard in the end "by surprise" anywhere else., and a lot of things I didn't know were options for me. He was up front, no games, and dedicated. He found me options and laid out they're pros and cons. In the end Ron helped me make the best possible choice, an informed responsible desicion that I feel happy with and confident about. Definitely a good experience and one I hope others will have as well. More
