After I told about the runaround I got at Freehold Honda, where I was a returning customer and leased my last 4 vehicles, he said I never knock or berate my competition and I will try to make your car buying experience more pleasurable and he did. With very little negotiating the deal was done in 20 minutes when at the other dealer it took two visits with hours of haggling and being offered a ridiculous price on a demo when I got a new CRV Touring model at a much cheaper price. More

Awful Customer Service My wife and I wanted to purchase a 7-seater vehicle and had been debating between the Pilot Touring Elite and the Odyssey Touring Elite. So I went thr My wife and I wanted to purchase a 7-seater vehicle and had been debating between the Pilot Touring Elite and the Odyssey Touring Elite. So I went through the Costco auto website and asked for a quote for the two vehicles. I received an email from Kylie O'Rourke with the pricing information and a call asking if I would like to come in for a test drive. During the call I confirmed that I would like to test drive the Pilot and the Odyssey and fixed an appointment for 4 pm. We live in the princeton area and had a 40 minute drive to the dealership. After we arrived at the dealership we had to wait around and check up multiple times on whether a sales agent could help us. After waiting for about 45 minutes more, finally Khalid Quarashi greeted us. I told him about our interest in test driving the two vehicles and he tells us to our face that the previous customers wasted two hours of his time - thereby hinting that we were doing the same. He then tells us that he has neither the Odyssey nor the Pilot available for test driving. He adds that we can come back on Monday (as if we have nothing else to do) for a test drive if we would like. Not only did we feel insulted, but it was a complete waste of our time. If both vehicles were indeed unavailable (I find this hard to believe, by the way) for test driving and if no sales agents were available - we should have been notified of this when booking the appointment. By I wrote emails to the sales manager (Joseph Scardigno) and general manager (Peter Ghaw) and I got no responses. Shows how much they care. Anyway, I have purchased a new vehicle from another dealership and really glad I didn't propagate their pathetic service. More
