The truck, an '05 Ford 150 STX Step-side with 119,000 miles, was a recent trade-in and had only been on the lot for three days prior, and listed the d The truck, an '05 Ford 150 STX Step-side with 119,000 miles, was a recent trade-in and had only been on the lot for three days prior, and listed the day before. We called up DCH and got their phone coordinator Ken, he was more than helpful in fielding our questions about the truck, namely if the truck had a hitch. Ken told us all we needed to know and we told him we'd be out there in thirty minutes. The truck was listed for $10,000 and without research I knew that was a great starting price, when checking KBB, Edmunds, and the NADAguides, I saw it was on average $1500 below what was to be expected. We got there and were greeted by Sales Associate Timothy Crowley and he brought us out to the truck, not only was it a great deal, but the truck was in great condition internally and externally with nary a spot of rust. Timothy pulled up the free CarFax they offer and explained ran through the vehicles entire history with us making sure he explained everything we asked. He was very generous when it came to negotiating and we settled at $9300 and 4 new tires, needless to say a great price, especially so, when DCH has their own onsite mechanic that will evaluate the car and fix everything and anything, if the car is in unrepairable condition they will simply not sell it, leaving no issues, slimy sales tactics, or future worries that other dealers have. I'd recommend you ask for Timothy upon entering the facility, with roughly 20 years of experience, it really showed, we are very pleased with price and process.
