He took the time to actually understand my situation, and to help me work through what I needed to make a good deal. Despite this being a large business transaction, my interaction with Paul felt entirely like it was on a friend level. I feel lucky to have been paired with Paul because I was already in contact with salesmen from another dealer before reaching out to Paul, and those experiences were terrible.
