Awful service dept. I helped out a friend in need by taking over payments on a 2018 Honda Accord. Before taking over "ownership" there was an insurance claim. Academy was paid for the repair but failed to complete the job.. I started driving the vehicle in May of 2019 and went to speak to the service dept to find out how to complete the repair. After speaking to 5 different people no one would offer any help. This passed week the owner tried to speak with the service manager. We just got the standard we will call you back, as you can guess there was never a return call. Frustrated, we contacted the insurance company to inform them that the claim they paid was not completed. We were told that Kara would schedule us for the repair , we should call her to set it up. Kara has not returned any calls so now its Consumer Fraud Dept time. More

If I could give Christian 10 stars I would!! He started working with me over the phone on a used vehicle that I'd be flying in from out of town to get. He came in on his day off, picked me up from the air working with me over the phone on a used vehicle that I'd be flying in from out of town to get. He came in on his day off, picked me up from the airport and stayed with me all day till everything was completed at 6pm. He is outstanding and made sure everything was straight on the vehicle and even put gas in before I left! I had an 8 hour drive back home and he texted me at 12:30am to make sure i was doing ok! And asked me to text him when I got in at 2am so he would know I got home safely. He has excellent customer service and truly cares about his customers! More
