I just met Mina for the first time and he was very patient and thorough and went over all the details with the lease agreement as well as setting up all the unfamiliar options in the new 2020 CR-V. I would recommend both of these gentlemen to friends and family alike. Hopefully, my son will be their next customer because he fell in love the CR-V as soon as I got it home. Don’t trust this dealership. The internet sales department makes a deal with you and then when you get there the salesperson tries to change the price on you. Colleen Riley contacted me right away and arranged for us to see the car the following day. She met us at the dealership and introduced us to Enrique Castaneta, who helped us from then on. Enrique was very knowledgeable about the car and was able answer all of our questions and demonstrate its features. He walked us through the paperwork and explained everything clearly without any pressure. Terry Bhatia helped us with the financing, again explaining everything clearly and answering our questions.
