DCH Academy Honda

This dealership is a joke! Do NOT waste your time. Went back and forth with our salesman, Carlos, for a week about a vehicle. After assuring us that the car was in good condition and “free of scratches and back and forth with our salesman, Carlos, for a week about a vehicle. After assuring us that the car was in good condition and “free of scratches and dents”, we decided to make the two hour trip there. When we were an hour into the trip, Carlos called and told us how there was a “small scratch” that he happened to “just” notice on the vehicle. Mind you he had emailed photos of the car earlier in the week, where he clearly would have seen the scratch that went right to the metal. He tried using the vehicle being covered in snow as an excuse. He also assured us the vehicle would be clean and washed when we arrived. However, the vehicle literally had French fries from the previous owners in the seats, among old toys and food. How disgusting! It clearly had not been touched inside. The “manager” is useless here. Shame on you guys, you should be so embarrassed! More

What can I say... let me just start by saying I am a 24 year old female who had no idea how to start the process of buying a new car. I reached out to Megan from Honda and everything was SO SMOOTH and I am year old female who had no idea how to start the process of buying a new car. Car dealerships can be intimidating especially for a female, and I did not feel that way one bit. It was actually a relaxing visit, and I really enjoyed the company of the workers at Honda. They went through everything very thoroughly to the point I had no questions. Every part of this process was a breeze. They made my life so much easier, and really can’t thank them enough. You should feel very proud to have Megan and Ashraf as your employees. I will tell everyone I know about my experience because I honestly did not think it would have been this easy.
