We were pleased with the price for our new Honda and had negotiated virtually. I called the morning of to confirm purchase and thought the car would be ready. It took over half hour for them to get the car from warehouse and then the paperwork and car detailing took forever. It all could have been prepared ahead of time before we came in. We weren’t offered water the entire 3 hours! The finance person didn’t even explain what we were signing and just thrusted papers in front of us- I had to ask what it meant! More

Went in looking at a used 2019 Honda Civic Type R and happily walk away making a deal on it. Both Christian and Mina were incredibly helpful with getting the car to me at a price I'm happy with. Even when I had some unfortunate occurrences happening due to some incompetence with other dealership, they went above and beyond to help me out. Also before they could detail the car, it was absolutely spotless inside and out.
