I'd give 5 stars if the staff did a better job keeping their masks on throughout the showroom. I was very pleased with how my sales rep handled it but I saw a great deal of team members walking around their masks completely below their chins. It really made me uncomfortable given I had my kids with me. More

I was able to schedule same day service and when I drove in I was greeted warmly. The fellow who took my information did not give his name.
