I had a pretty nice experience with the dealership and more importantly the salesman Alex... everyone in the dealership was super friendly and seemed to care about anyone who walked through the door. Will was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is professional and knowledgeable. During the entire car purchase he kept us informed and made the entire process easy. We went in today to buy our first car for our teenage son. Even when the sale was finalized and he could of sent us on our way he still took time to spend time with my son to go over every detail on how the car works. Carlos was very knowledgeable and made the experience of buying the car seamless! The car we were looking at had some water on the inside. Carlos had the service department look at the car, diagnose the pro buying the car seamless! The car we were looking at had some water on the inside. Carlos had the service department look at the car, diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. We are very impressed with their customer service! The final process of transferring the registration was the only part that took a little longer then it should but they were very busy that day. Overall it was a smooth and easy process with highly knowledgeable staff. We are very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend DCH Academy Honda. More
