Katie was wonderful. The dealership did not have enough people working in finance or in car prep . I was there for five hours This made my experience less than acceptab The dealership did not have enough people working in finance or in car prep . I was there for five hours This made my experience less than acceptable. None of this was Katie’s fault. She kept checking for me and on me but she was misled by these departments as much as I was. The management team needs to work on this. Customer satisfaction should be your goal. I should have been able to wait at home until the car was ready to be picked up. Not held captive by your slow service. Again , Kudos to Katie for her patience and performance. Also the gentleman I finally worked with in finance was good too.
