I had this experience on September 18th. This is the second time I received this generic response from Ray. No one from the dealership ever followed up with me. This is just further proof of my original statement. They just don’t care about customers here. Go some where else where they will actually treat you like a person and not just someone to take advantage of. I hope when the supply of cars goes back to normal customers stop patronizing this dealership. They are just awful to do business with.
