Not as up front as they could be. Damage to body not shown, car was wet. Said wipers were replaced, they were not or they are the worst new wipers on the plant. Tire pressure gauge was on. The very small window of time between which she informed me of my options, gave me clear guidance on what needed to be done on my end, did everything necessary on her end, and then had the car delivered to my house, was absolutely mind-blowing! "Sounds almost too good to be true!" were the words spoken by everyone to whom I recounted this very pleasant experience.
