The service was very good and prompt but the facilities needs to be completed. Service levels are down . DCH does not believe in delivering customer happiness any more. They are not willing to listen to customer. Service is directing me to finance and finance ( even the manager delivering customer happiness any more. They are not willing to listen to customer. Service is directing me to finance and finance ( even the manager) is redirecting me back to service when it comes to filing and processing a service claim which I have extended warranty. The senior finance manager is unable to explain to me what is covered by the extended warranty costing additional 2700 dollars when it clearly shows it covers 100% parts and labor, per the details given by DCH , when I purchased the vehicle. The finance manager says they just give the insurance and it is for the customer to find out and talk to the insurance firm. Please escalate and confirm if this is their vision and direction . Not sure , please help More

(I uodated this review to 1 star based on updates after initial review post. Please see my latest comments from Jan 15) I came in for service because I couldn't remove the lug nuts on my wheels. Last initial review post. Please see my latest comments from Jan 15) I came in for service because I couldn't remove the lug nuts on my wheels. Last time I brought my Honda in to rotate tires, the mechanic (presumably) used an impact wrench to tighten my lug nuts and didn't tighten them to spec (80 ft lbs). This is extremely dangerous and lazy thing to do. What if I had a flat and needed to put on a spare tire? When I came in for service this time, I met with Arthur and explained everything to him. Unfortunately, the mechanics that were there that day didn't have the right tools to remove the nuts. So Arthur asked me to come in another day when someone will have the right extractor tools. This was a slight inconvenience for me and that's why I rated the experience 4 stars. But I have to give Arthur credit for following through with everything he said he'd do. He also waived the tire rotation fee since this was not my fault. Even though the fee is small, I appreciate that gesture. I really appreciate Arthur's due diligence on this matter. More
