The service was very good and prompt but the facilities needs to be completed. The waiting room is a bit small and does not have a coffee nor water cooler as many others stores. More

Good job recovering from a mistake. Please make sure that all the technicians understand the importance of tightening lug nuts to spec and oversee their work. Otherwise it makes it nearly impossible for a customer to remove the tire during emergencies. I bring my car to Honda because I expect Honda techs to adhere to Honda standards. Thank you.

Update: 4 days after I brought my car in, I decided to check the tightness of the lug nuts. I tried to take 2 off and couldn’t. I’m familiar with how tight a properly tightened nuts should feel like. I used to work on my own cars. I’m really disappointed in Honda especially when I came in SPECIFICALLY for this issue that you caused last time I brought my car to DCH. Your rep even acknowledge how dangerous this mistake can be if I was stuck on the road with a flat. What is going on DCH? How can I possibly trust you if you can’t do things to spec even after I specifically point out your previous mistake?
