1/26 : This update is 2 days after the car was purchased. Extremely disappointing experience. When we went to buy, first thing the price was quoted 3500 more than sent to us as final Quote and before going w Extremely disappointing experience. When we went to buy, first thing the price was quoted 3500 more than sent to us as final Quote and before going we had inquired all additional cost . We were charged for surprisingly car wash ( really !!) and oil filler and adding nitro gas in tire . any dealer is expected to do this small things before sale since this is used car . On our way home the car went flat tire and to our surprise the rim of one tire is defective which we are changing at additional personal expenses on 2nd day of car buying and our newly bought car is using spare tire on first two days of buying car. Just because it is used car does not mean dealer cheat us like this .they at least expected to check the tire and rim is not defective on day one of sale. Very bad experience. When we called Nick for help next day instead of helping he was rude on phone and started blaming for not buying extended warranty, he also said we are lucky to get two remote Fob when we informed one of them Is not working, he said it is simple to change battery, We are surprised that he showed us as favor by giving two remote and provide non working remote Fob is ok with him and expect customer to park the car and buy new from Amazon first and use car after that . we were charged for additional $400 with false promise that we will get 24 hrs road side service for tire and when we asked for help he said it is not given since we did not agree to pay additional $2000 bogus charges So bottom line is they want to take more money when selling used car. Be careful with DCH Honda before buying , ask all questions on hidden cost added by them. Nick gave all false promise and wasted 1 hour of our time by adding unnecessary charge and back and forth to reduce them but finally we had to pay additional as he told us another customer is ready to buy , never seen any dealer forcing like thus with other customer waiting to buy sand car . He also forced us indirectly to give rating before handing over car to us which is why you see earlier better rating. This review is for other people buying from DCH so they don’t get cheated like us and get clarity before they go to buy .
