I recently bought a used car and had a great experience with DCH Honda and the salesperson Marcus Small. Their pricing was straightforward and everyone was friendly and helpful. When I was picking up the car the salesperson noticed that the car had aftermarket headlights and pointed them out as an asset. I discovered the next day that there was an issue with the same lights. This was an older model (2011) so the purchase was as-is and I wasn't sure how responsive the dealer would be. I was pleasantly surprised that they offered me the option to bring it back to be fixed or buy the new bulb and they would reimburse me. To shorten the story, although it was a little tricky to get the right bulb, the dealer was flexible and paid for the new bulbs. They made it convenient for me. Simple pricing with no surprises and a customer first attitude. That's worth 5 stars. More
