Darcars and my new Jetta are AMAZING!!!! So, I needed a car due to my Escape having serious engine troubles. I knew i wanted a jetta sportswagen but was not familiar with any of the vw dealer So, I needed a car due to my Escape having serious engine troubles. I knew i wanted a jetta sportswagen but was not familiar with any of the vw dealerships. I decided to go to Darcars Volkswagen in Silver Spring first. I definitely made the right choice! The person i worked with was Paris and she was exceptional. She was so friendly and easy to talk to about my situation. She was so knowledgable about the jetta sportswagen and after talking about the car we took it for a test drive. It was the car i wanted- the next step was to talk to Paris and it really felt like we were a team- she really wanted me to get the car as long as it matched my budget. She helped me work with the finance department and again, there never seemed to be any pressure to buy. Several different options were explained and i chose the one that worked best for me. Paris and Darcars made sure the car was cleaned and waiting for me when i was done signing the paperwork. I drove it off the lot that night and was so Excited! It seemed like everyone in there was happy for me. Darcars and Paris have checked in with me several times to see if everything is going well. That is very reassuring too. I highly recommend Darcars and Paris, of course. She is the BEST!!! Oh, and i have already told several friends who are considering a car purchase to go to Darcars and i know they will have a great experience too! More

Thanks Uri and Adul I had perhaps one of my best car buying experiences in a long time and I've purchased over half dozen cars in the past. First of all, Uri responded t I had perhaps one of my best car buying experiences in a long time and I've purchased over half dozen cars in the past. First of all, Uri responded to my online inquires within 10 minutes and this was in the evening, well after they were closed. He followed up with me the next day just prior to my visit. So great communication throughout. I must also add the pricing was extremely competitive. I say this because I visited 5 other VW dealers before going to Darcar. Should've gone straight to them and saved myself some time. Anyhow, got the price I wanted and was in and out of the dealer in less than couple of hours, wearing a big smile on my face as I drove my new GTI home :-D Thank you Uri and Adul.
