Did my homework and found the vehicle and price I wanted. The salesman, Sylvester, and the sales manager, worked very hard to make the deal. Horrible customer service ! I had to go to a dealership for repairs. I knew it would be more expensive, but I didn't expect such poor quality service. The repairs took a wee ! The repairs took a week, on the last day they offered me a rental car; on several occasions I called to check the status of the repairs and was told my contact wasn't in -- and apparently there is no centralized system that would say if the repairs was complete; they never initiated a call to tell me the status of repairs; on the final day, I was told everything was done and the tech was driving the car for a final test -- 1.5 hours later he was apparently still "testing" the car! Avoid at all costs (and trust me, it WILL cost!) More
