My family & I had 2 wonderful experiences at this dealership. First was a service experience for our Atlas, the second for a lease of a new Taos. They were kind, helpful, fun & gracious. This was the best dealer experience we have had. I totally recommend these guys!! More
bottom line they*LIE TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR*FALLS bottom line they *LIE TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR *FALLS ADVERTISING i found the perfect car on Carguru, a Gentlemen named Abdul was assigned to hel bottom line they *LIE TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR *FALLS ADVERTISING i found the perfect car on Carguru, a Gentlemen named Abdul was assigned to help me w the process he even got my personal info and sent me printed information on car price it was about $3,500 under sticker price, again i asked him to put everything in to writing, cause i wanted to make sure i had the right price and 0% finance for 5 years he said i was approve before driving 4hrs from NY, he assure me it wasnt a SCHEME so i plan my trip and get there i stared the papper work they gentlemen tells me its 5%.something percent cause of my credit, ok so i get a co signer thats tier 1 and had haves great credit and then he says well we can give u the car at 0% and the price we promised the bring up the car price by $3,500 plus bottom line they *LIE TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR *FALLS ADVERTISING even i had everything in writing they still change price and agreements take your money somewhere where they wont lie More

Went to Darcars Silver Spring and worked with Aurel. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Granted, I fought hard for my price and ended up driving off the lot with a new 2020 Atlas CrossSport! Went to the Darcars VW of Silver Spring for a rock in my brake pad that was causing a groove in my rotor. At first we thought I may need to replace the rotor and the pad but Herbert Carrillo and the service brake pad that was causing a groove in my rotor. At first we thought I may need to replace the rotor and the pad but Herbert Carrillo and the service manager Nigel Stewart assured me that the service dept. would take a look and do everything they could to fix it properly and safely. While waiting for my car to be finished both Nigel and Herbert continually would update on what was going on and always would try and make sure my customer service interaction was top notch! After all said and done the rock was removed and the rotor was deemed safe because I caught it early enough. Can’t thank Nigel and Herbert enough for taking care of me that day and look forward to continuing to get my car service done at Darcars VW! -Riley More

I bought a 2017 VW Golf today. Henry Argueta, Used Car Manager, made the sale. At the very end I was given only one key, and when I asked for the other key, Mr. Argueta told me it would cost hundreds of d Manager, made the sale. At the very end I was given only one key, and when I asked for the other key, Mr. Argueta told me it would cost hundreds of dollars extra. I expressed my surprise and disappointment and asked Mr. Argueta to reconsider, but he refused. This is a major failure of customer service. Every car owner needs two keys in case one gets misplaced or locked inside, this is simply normal and wise. If the dealer only has one, that dealer needs to A) get it duplicated in advance and add the cost to the price of the car before it becomes an issue with the customer, or B) inform the customer prior to agreeing on price so it can be factored into the buying decision. In spite of everything that went well with this purchase, in the end my wife and I are left with a strong sense of anger and disappointment from Darcars' and Mr. Argueta's failure to provide the usual number of keys that every car owner needs, refusal to take responsibility for this failure and make it right, and insistence on attempting to extract hundreds of dollars more from us in the final moment of the transaction. A few days ago I just bought my FIRST ever car by myself and I had the BEST experience. If you’re anything like me, I researched my car (white Jetta SE) for MONTHS and then another few months finding dealer and I had the BEST experience. If you’re anything like me, I researched my car (white Jetta SE) for MONTHS and then another few months finding dealerships that had the car I wanted and then I tried to get in contact with the best salesman from each dealership. And I seriously hit jackpot when I met Aurel “R”. There’s a reason why he has SO many good reviews. He really is trying to erase the pushy salesman stereotype! Unlike other dealerships, he didn’t discriminate me by my age or gender (22, female) or the fact I’m a complete terrible negotiator. Instead, he put himself in my shoes and gave me a price that I couldn’t refuse WITHOUT being pushy, aggressive, or rude (aka other dealerships). Did I mention that this man barely eats because he has back to back clients all day?? And he STILL has a better attitude and personality than those salesmen who have a full stomach. Lastly, I just want to say, R seriously does the ABSOLUTE most to make me happy with not only the price of the car, but the experience. If you’re looking for a Volkswagen, GO HERE AND ASK FOR “R”!
