I live in Richmond, VA and I bought my VW from Fairfax, VA which is 120 miles away in Northern VA. This is my 5th VW from Nishant Paul at Fairfax VW. I got a Passat on 3/22/2012 and a Jetta on last year on VA which is 120 miles away in Northern VA. This is my 5th VW from Nishant Paul at Fairfax VW. I got a Passat on 3/22/2012 and a Jetta on last year on 11/30/2011. The first time I dealt with Nishant was when I bought my VW Rabbit in July 2006 from Fairfax VW. I visited the local VW dealerships in Richmond looking for a new car and did not get good service. I decided to pick up the phone and call a VW dealership in Northern VA. Nishant answered my call and was very COURTEOUS, PLEASANT and HONEST. He asked me what model, color and features I wanted and proceeded to work out the car and pricing over the phone. He gave me the best possible price over the phone and the negotiations lasted less than an hour. I drove up that evening with my wife signed the paperwork and picked the car. I received excellent service from him with no hassles at all, he earned my business and I always go back to Nishant to get all my other VW cars from him, EOS, Jetta & Passat. It is the same SIMPLE process every time, I send him an email or call him, telling him what kind of car I'm looking for in terms of model, features, color etc. He goes out of his way to get me what I need at the BEST PRICE and I get excellent service. He always offers to deliver the car to Richmond for me, but I'd rather drive up to see him. Buying a car with no hassle, excellent service and a pleasant experience can't get any better than this. Emmanuel has been great to me and my family over the years. We bought our first jetta from him and it's been smooth sailing ever since. So when I decided I needed a new car there was no where else to lo years. We bought our first jetta from him and it's been smooth sailing ever since. I called him in the afternoon around 2 and by 6 in the evening he got me a deal better than what I was hoping for. I have purchsed 6 vehicles from this dealership. Each time I have gone, I have worked with the same saleperson, which is very important to me. Every time I visit for service or purchasing, I am greeted by name and with a smile. I have been treated with respect and my time has been taken into consideration on every visit. Both Nishant and Emmanuel have taken a great deal of time to make sure I have been satisfied with every visit. I spend a great deal of time in my car and travel a large number of miles each year and these guys make sure to advise me on the best ways to maintain my vehicle as well as make sure I get custom service notices, since my service needs are frequent due to mileage. Emmanuel takes the time to make sure I have my choice of refreshments each time I visit. He makes a special trip to get it since the dealership uses brands of softdrinks that are not my choices. Nishant, the sales manager, always makes sure to stop and chat with me about my vehicle, every time I am in the dealership, even when it is busy, he makes time to make sure I am still a satisfied customer. I have recommended several of my friends and coworkers to visit this dealer, and those who have have given me a very positive feedback and compliments on the staff and service they have recieved. it also pleases me that the dealership does not ask me for good marks on their reviews, they trust me to decide if I have been satisfied and allow me to submit reviews in the privacy of my home instead of doing it while in the showroom. I have shopped many dealers in the state of Virginia and I am in sales myself (floors not cars) and I have never been treated as a valuable asset to the dealer until I visited Fairfax VW. I have owned 19 differnt cars and several different manufacturers. I have owned luxury cars, economy cars and SUVs, no matter what I am buying, Nishant and Emmanuel make sure I am making the best choice for me and my needs and I can say with confidence that there is not another dealership out there that can offer better customer service. George was our salesman and the VW dealership was our last stop of a whirlwind weekend of test driving. We had spoken with 5 other dealers and test drove twice as many cars. When we met with George, he immediately conveyed a very professional and genuinely interested attitude towards us. Since we were younger, we had received not so friendly service at other dealerships. But George walked us through the technology of the car, the VW brand, and how VW is different than other cars, he even popped the hood to show us the engine (the ONLY salesman to do this!!). Throughout the entire test drive, George listened to what we were looking for and honestly critiqued the VW against the other cars we were looking at. This made us realize what we actually wanted and were looking for as opposed to what Consumer Reports thought we should want (sporty performance and sleekness vice a larger trunk with kid friendly-features). George didn't try to sell us on other cars in the showroom or upsell us on features we clearly said weren't important to us. When it came time to pricing, he was extremely patient and wasn't pushy or aggressive. He answered all of our questions and really made the experience personal. He earned our trust and didn't have a problem saying he would rather verify an answer to our question rather than make something up. We got everything we wanted at the price we wanted-can't ask for more! If it weren't for George, we never would have test drove or even purchased the Tiguan. This was on the bottom of our list of cars to buy. Ever since we purchased the vehicle, he has gone above and beyond to ensure solid customer service. Overall, we would rate the dealership lower because their attitude has been that since we got such a great deal on the car, we shouldn't want everything that was supposed to come standard with the car. They didn't fill out our initial service manual check, the back mat and blocks weren't there, the car came with less than 1 gallon of gas, and our cigarette lighter was missing. Their customer service ended once we committed to buying the car. The financing people were also easily agitated to questions regarding the warranty and all the papers we were signing. Despite all the shortcomings of the dealership, George made up for it and worked to correct what he could! His customer service hasn't stopped! More

I came to Fairfax VW for service on my ten year old Passat. After looking at the repairs and cost, I thought that it was time for a new CC.I had such a terrible experience at another VW dealership that Passat.
