I just leased a 2012 Toyota Prius and I am so happy with the overall buying experience at Darcars Toyota of Silver Spring, MD. The process was expeditious and painless!!! I can't believe that I went in by n the overall buying experience at Darcars Toyota of Silver Spring, MD. The process was expeditious and painless!!! I can't believe that I went in by noon and by 2:45pm my wife and I were taking physical delivery of our brand new car... That is the fastest buying process that I've ever had in my life! I've got to say that I actually enjoyed the experience, due to the fantastic role that everyone involved played. My sales consultant: Alex Klopouh was amazingly knowledgeable, not only about the features of the car and the technology, but by asking all the right questions, he knew exactly what to recommend for my exact needs and circumstances... The General Manager: Ethan Rosignol was extremely friendly and supportive of Alex, The Sales Manager: Wayne Ramsaran was very professional and helpful in expediting the process, and last but not least, the Finance Manager: Richard Ccancce was very knowledgeable about my lease options and very accurate with the required paperwork. Wow!!! What a great car buying experience. I love my new Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid and Darcars Toyota was pleasure to deal with. Everyone from my General Sales Manager, Constantin Nicorescu to the finance dep Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid and Darcars Toyota was pleasure to deal with. Everyone from my General Sales Manager, Constantin Nicorescu to the finance department was very helpful. I was very pleased with the quality of professionalism and work ethics that was received on the purchase of our car from Constantin. He was very friendly and honest with us. This is my 5th car buying experience and the process was by far the seamless one so far. I did a lot of research to find my next car. After 6 weeks I look back and I am glad I did. The Camry Hybrid XLE fit all of my requirements. Yes I could have bought a flashier car, but why? This one has the comfort, looks and style of a top notch car with Toyota's reliability. What's not to like. The hybrid function is a real bonus. Not having to fill the tank every week is strange. I easily go 560 miles on a fill. I could easily drive another 60+ without worrying about it. After 6 weeks, I have no second thoughts. I have also traded in a car and they have paid full value for it which made for a good trade in offer on the XLE Hybrid. I was extremely happy that I could get rid of the old car and the hybrid is just a piece of jewelry. I have already recommended friends that bought more cars from Constantin and will continue to recommend because he does a fantastic job of getting you the price you want! Mr. Bah surprised me with his willingness to help me with my new purchase of the Toyota Corolla Sport. I say this because he tried to help me three months ago with a new purchase and I totally changed my mi my new purchase of the Toyota Corolla Sport. I say this because he tried to help me three months ago with a new purchase and I totally changed my mind because I loved my Nissan Maxima so much. Unfortunately, the transmission went out on my Nissan and I was in search for a new car and I remembered how Mr. Bah was patient and helpful the first time I went there. We the (Forleh family) had already purchased 3 brand new cars from your dealership within a span of 5 years. Mr. Bah was not at the dealership when I called to let him know I was stopping by to check out a new car and he immediately said I will meet you there. What committment he showed to his profession. I will definitely refer Mr. Bah to all and any of my friends who would be interested in a Toyota because that is how strongly I feel about his professionalism. I hope this letter get to the appropriate person because it is very hard to hear good things about your employees and when you do they should get the accolades they deserve. More
