The salesman, Robert Inzitari, was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and courteous, and his manager (I forgot his name) was also helpful and knowledgeable. The financial services manager, Wahab Lodin, was friendly and courteous, but we felt that he got us to buy an extra warranty we probably didn't need. We also didn't like the fact that we had to finance the car to get discounts or tax credits, and that we were not given the sticker that appears on the inside of cars showing the price, etc. The dealership seemed very busy and we had to wait a long time for each step in the process, for which the staff apologized. Overall, however, it was a pretty good experience. More

I had planned to check out three similar cars at three different dealerships. DARCARS Toyota was my first stop and after talking to Darryl Jefferson, I never made it to the other two dealerships. He worked with me to enable me to get the car I wanted at the price that I wanted. He followed up through the purchase and in getting the car ready for me. He checked in with me several times later in the week to make sure I was fully satisfied. If you need a car, I very strongly recommend Darryl Jefferson as your Go-To person. I purchased a 2008 4runner back in June 2012, and have faithfully made my payments on time. I have yet to be reimbursed for a keyless entry/remote start/alarm system that was removed while waited patient faithfully made my payments on time. The salesman, AJ, admitted to me that the system was removed while I waited the day of purchase. He said that the dealership would make good on my bad experience. I have made multipe attempts to fix this issue, and don't understand why Toyota thinks that not reimbursing me the $734.00 for the system is such a hard thing to accompish. I have been a faithful Toyota customer for years, and have decided that Toyota doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Because otherwise they wouldn't treat a customer so poorly. I would have never purchased this vehicle if it didn't have the options on it that I wanted. It isn't the only 4runner around. Please can we fix this issue asap!
