My experience at DARCARS toyota was amazing. I worked with sales consultant, Darryl Jefferson. He assisted me each time I came to the dealership. He was informative, extremely helpful, easy to understand, honest, diligent and friendly. I never got the impression that he was "telling me anything" just to make a sale. He encouraged my desire to shop around and provided me with side-by-side comparisons for each of the cars that I was considering. He made my car shopping experience much easier and very pleasant. I recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a car; especially first time buyers. I do not regret my experience with DARCARS toyota or Darryl Jefferson personally. More

But Amadou kept his word. He sold us the car for the same price that we talked on phone (I am mentioning this because I was cheated by another dealer). I am happy that Amadou did not break our trust. He is a very friendly and nice man. He answered all our questions patiently. I am happy that I bought the car from him. Even other people at the dealership were friendly and welcoming. I would surely recommend Darcars, Silver Spring, and yes, Mr. Amadou. More
I purchased a 2008 4runner back in June 2012, and have faithfully made my payments on time. I have yet to be reimbursed for a keyless entry/remote start/alarm system that was removed while waited patient faithfully made my payments on time. I have yet to be reimbursed for a keyless entry/remote start/alarm system that was removed while waited patiently to see the finance person. The salesman, AJ, admitted to me that the system was removed while I waited the day of purchase. He said that the dealership would make good on my bad experience. I have made multipe attempts to fix this issue, and don't understand why Toyota thinks that not reimbursing me the $734.00 for the system is such a hard thing to accompish. I have been a faithful Toyota customer for years, and have decided that Toyota doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Because otherwise they wouldn't treat a customer so poorly. I would have never purchased this vehicle if it didn't have the options on it that I wanted. It isn't the only 4runner around. Please can we fix this issue asap! Show me that Toyota still cares about its' customers and is not just a lot of hot air about being the best. Respectfully, Rose Pagnoni More

I went to Darcars to buy a new vehicle, when I got there, I received a legendary customer service that I could not find somewhere else. They explained everything that I needed to know and also gave me the best price compared to other places. I was so glad and I said that I must share my experience with the world. I was helped with several smart, kind and polite people over there, but one of them the guy who really make it possible for me to have the best deal is Mr. Solomon Sesay. He is the best. People, I'm working in customer service and I know what I'm talking about. I was looking for a new car to buy. I was thinking of the Toyota rav4. But I wasn't too sure. I just submit a eprice on darcars.com. Then I received an email right away from Rod. I was 4 hours hours late but he was still there waiting on me. He welcomed my hubby , my son and I so warmly. We felt like that was the only right place to buy my new car. Price, customer service, everything was outstanding . I left not just with a smile but also with a car I have been dreaming of. Thanks Rod.... I will definitely recommend every one to go there. When I made my first call and spoke with the Sales Manager, Justin Graham, I had an ide what I wanted to buy (a Toyota Sienna). I looked over the stock of a different dealership that is conveniently located on the rout I sometime take when I am heading home from work. And then, after I received a follow-up call from Justin and another call from the Toyota VIP Desk, I thought it was time to come along and see if Darcars Toyota of Cherry Hill could help me to find something really suitable for us. The rest is (as they say) history. From the moment I bumped into Rod Dursen and indicated that I was looking for Justin, and Rod got Justin to step out of his office to meet me, to the moment I stepped into Ji’s office to look over the document package for my 2013 Toyota Sienna, my experience during that time was, well, beyond what I could have dreamed of. To explain that experience, it should be enough to say that, instead of buying one 2013 Sienna, my family and I decided that have two 2013 Sienna wouldn’t be a bad idea at all.
