I was not happy with your service department until I met Peter B. he made a big difference, no matter how many customer he has how busy he is he makes you feel that you are important. Over the years, we bought 3 Toyotas at Darcars at Silver Spring. All three were sold to us by Alex Klopouh and by now he has become for us the highest authority on Toyota sales. That is why, when Alex called us on the phone and told about the 2013 Memorial Day sales, we listened. I should mention that in May 2013 we were very happy with our 2009 Camry Hybrid and had no intention to buy another car for a year or two. Of course, we would be happier had our car had a rear-view camera, fog lights, and other goodies, but we thought we could not afford such luxury yet. Nevertheless, we did listen to Alex when he called and told us about the outstanding incentives of the sale. He persuaded us to trade our 2009 Camry Hybrid for PRACTICALLY FREE 3-YEAR LEASE of 2013 Toyota Hybrid XLE which had all bells and whistle possible, including even remote engine starter (which would make our morning commute to work in winter and afternoon commute from work in summer much more pleasurable - if you live in Baltimore you know what I am talking about!) Alex's phone call reached us out of town, during our long weekend vacation. Without second-guessing Alex, we interrupted our vacation and rushed to Darcars Toyota. And we were happy we did so, because the number of available cars, on the last day of the sale, was shrinking every hour. Luckily, we found our Barcelona Red 2013 Camry Hybrid XLE and drove it home admiring its riding qualities and controls. Mr. John Desouza was as wonderful in explaining financial options to us as Mr. Alex Klopouh was in explaining advanced features of our new car.
