excellent service and service advisor! bought my toyota camry from this dealership and i have always received impeccable service whenever i have brought my car in to be checked. i usually d bought my toyota camry from this dealership and i have always received impeccable service whenever i have brought my car in to be checked. i usually deal with service advisor shawn reynolds and i have to say he is the best by far i have worked with. he is always pleasant and attentive to ensuring i get the service i brought my car in for. even when i brought in my rav 4 for concerns i had with my car, he ensured i was satisfied before i left. because of his behavior and pleasant customer service skills i will continue bringing my car to darcars. also i usually have contact with dennis martin first when i bring my car in and he has never been unpleasant for a day. i think what is so great about this dealership is that they have 2 very pleasant staff in shawn reynolds and dennis martin. i highly recommend this service department. compared to the toyota dealership in bowie, darcars of silver spring is the best.
