Unorganized, unprofessional and conartists Don't waste your energy and time coming here! Unless you want to be driven around for over 30 in freezing temps with the windows open trying to listen Don't waste your energy and time coming here! Or if you want to have to return the next day to pick up the car you just spent 8+ hours negotiated over. You cant take the car home the same day because they cannot find the keys to the car blocking your car. Best of all if you want to be sold lies and deceit regarding the trade of your vehicle. They will overprice the cost of the car you are buying and under pay the amount needed for your trade. Leaving you with another bill you will have to pay up. After leaving messages and sending emails to the GSM Andre Turner or GM Ethan Rossignol you'll never hear a response. Once they sell you a car they will never return another call or email you back. Oh and Jammie Dobson the so called "Customer Relations Manager" will literally do nothing to rectify or even apologize for the wrong doings of the sales team. Dealer damages vehicles and will not admit it. Took my vehicle in for lease servicing. I did a walk around to pre check my vehicle for pre existing damage, there was none. Got my car back, now there are several scratches on my rims as well as a scratch on the body of the car that was NOT there before they serviced it. Informed the service manager about it and all I got from them was denial and lies. I was in the service area with them when one of the workers had a power ratchet on my wheels. I always detail and wash my own car because of the fact that I take car in how I wash it and today Sept 24 2017, I discover serveral more scatches around the lugnut holes as well as on the egde of the rim that were not their before these people serviced it! More
