Thanks to Sherlene for helping us to track down and retrieve our permanent tags. I truly believe without her - I would not have gotten my tags on time. Sherlene prepped everything so all I had to do was go in and … get the tags installed. Unfortunately Sherlene wasn’t there .. but the staff members that were there nearly messed up all over again! Darcars Toyota needs more associates like Sherlene .. someone who legitimately stops, listens, and helps!

I reported my incident to your management and Toyota in December 2023, so I don't know why you are puzzled, how many GR86s did you sell? Nothing was done to fix my vehicle and the authorities suggested I write a review. The review is written to warn others of your "service to customers".
