The environment seemed more collaborative than others that we've been to in the past. The whole car buying process was efficient and quick, with the possible exception of the post-sale warranty sales pitch. This offer for an extended car warranty came through the finance department, and although the staff were professional and courteous, their strong pitch left us confused about the ultimate dependability of our newly purchased Camry. Isn't a Camry the most reliable car on the road? This negative comment aside, we would highly recommend Darcars Frederick and definitely recommend Joe Newman and Krea Yeager for their excellent service. We would absolutely buy from them again.
