As soon as I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by Daniel! He was very professional, friendly and polite. I told him I would not be buying that day I was just looking. We spent an hour and a half together test driving two different cars. He was very knowledgable and answered all questions and concerns I had. I went back a week later and made sure to find him, so he could be the one to sell me the car. He was very busy that day but I honestly didn't mind waiting because he was so friendly and considerate. As soon as he saw me, he knew me by name and exactly which car I wanted. I was shocked, I had not let him know I was coming, he just remembered. When I purchased my car I got the poly steel and had to go to the dealership a few days later to have it put on. It was a couple hour wait, and he offered me a car to go do shopping or anything else I needed to do. I declined and told him I'd just wait in the waiting room I had homework. Instead he set me up at his desk for the two hours I was there. I get emails from him, asking how the car is, that my tags were at the dealership, and wishing my family a happy holiday!! What an all around great guy! I tell all of my friends if you want a Toyota go to this guy!! I can't wait to purchase my next car because I know exactly who I will be seeing. He made a great impression, and honestly I'm not that easily impressed by anyone. More

Every salesman there greated my wife and I as freinds; they knew which car we were there for and were genuinely happy for us. While on our test-drive Daniel had our car appraised and the offer was better than expected. When Daniel presented our offer, Jason Waltrip came over and explained where the numbers came from. We were very happy to see the General Manager personally involved. While we worked out the financing Daniel, personally, prepped our car and even gassed it up for us. In the end, we worked with Daniel and the store manager to work out a price that met our budget, and could not have been more pleased. But it was more than that....What he did the Monday afterwards was nothing short of amazing. We had issues with our satellite radio. He called Sirius, spent 35 minutes on HIS CELLPHONE calling on our behalf, trying to get them to give us something for our inconvenience. He'd already sold the car. He knew we were years from buying another car. What he did do, is make sure that when we do buy our next car, they're the first dealer we walk into. More
