My wife and I came to Toyota looking to purchase a new car. We visited multiple times in our search and each time all the staff we came across was very friendly and helpful. We never felt any pressure, we always felt the staff were being honest with us in what we were looking for and able to purchase with our budget. During the search, purchasing process, and transition from our old car to our new car (Toyota Prius), Joe went above and beyond in helping us through the process. Additionally, Chris was very supportive, patient, and understanding to our financial needs and in working us through that process. We would highly recommend both Darcars Toyota and Joe Newman to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
This was the first time I was leasing a new car for myself so I was a little nervous, but Krea helped me feel at ease. She was pleasant, friendly, and very willing and able to answer all of my question myself so I was a little nervous, but Krea helped me feel at ease. I'm a 25 year old female and since this was my first experience purchasing a new car, I was quite nervous about my inexperience with the general process and negotiations. I decided early on to ask my fa experience purchasing a new car, I was quite nervous about my inexperience with the general process and negotiations. I decided early on to ask my father for guidance on looking into cars/communicating my needs and wants to a salesperson in order to obtain a vehicle that would fit me perfectly. I am pleased to report that Krea made this first experience an absolute pleasure. She is professional, helpful, bubbly, kind, well-informed and most importantly, she is honest and NOT pushy. I remember when I was on my test drive with Krea, I felt like I was driving around town with one of my friends. Throughout the car-buying process, Krea made me feel comfortable. She was also incredibly understanding/patient with my busy work schedule/limited availability and in working with both me and my father throughout the deal. Even following my purchase, I have spoken to Krea several times already asking her random questions about the car. I believe that Krea, unlike most in car sales, cares just as much as you do what you're driving and if it's right for you, which is a characteristic of inestimable value to any customer; young or old, male or female, experienced or inexperienced. I look forward to speaking with Krea in the future and seeing her when I bring my 2012 Prius in for maintenance :o) After working out the details of the sale with Krea, my father and I worked with Chris S. on the financing. Chris S. was also very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He took a great deal of time to sit with me and explain my options in a way I could easily understand them. This made what I imagined would be a daunting experience an opportunity to learn and to make confident choices/options for myself. I would absolutely recommend Krea and Chris S. to anyone looking to buy/lease a car from DARCARS. I've been driving my car for about two weeks now and I absolutely love it; the way it handles, the way it looks, and most importantly THE AWESOME GAS MILEAGE I'M GETING!!! Joe was very knowledgeable about the Corolla and all of the new features that the 2013 model offered. They both provided excellent customer service and were able to get me the price that I wanted. My wife and I purchased a new Toyota Camry from DARCARS Toyota of Frederick last week and we were very satisfied with our experience. We visited the dealership twice, the first time for a test drive and second time to purchase it. Both times we worked with Ashley Allen and she was awesome! Since it was our first time purchasing a new car we were a little nervous, but Ashley helped us to feel at ease. She was pleasant, friendly, and very willing and able to answer all of our questions. I appreciated the fact that she was not pushy at all about trying to get us to purchase, unlike some of the salespeople we encountered at other dealerships. She was prompt in replying to all of my emails and providing me with the information I requested, and she was great at following up with me both after the initial test drive and after the purchase of the vehicle. She kept her promise to match the lowest price quote I could find from other dealers and worked with us to help us get the best deal possible and the color and option package that we wanted for our car. For the financing portion of our purchase we worked with Chris Santiago. We also found him to be very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and he helped to make the financing portion of our purchase go smoothly. My only complaint was that he was a little pushy in trying to get us to purchase extra items like an extended warranty and stop-gap insurance on our car. Even though we told him we didn't want them, he didn't seem to want to take no for an answer. However, I think this is how financing people are at dealerships everywhere, and I suspect Toyota trains all of their financial services employees to be aggressive in pushing these extended warranties. Our overall experience with Chris was still great and we would be happy to work with him again, but be prepared to put your foot down and be firm if you prefer not to purchase extras like extended warranties. Overall, we had a great experience buying from DARCARS Toyota of Frederick and I would highly recommend this dealership to others. More

I enjoyed working with Jesse who didn't push or pressure me into my purchase. He gave me a straight quote, which I should have pushed back on, however it was on a few dollars over the lowest price I had fo me into my purchase. He gave me a straight quote, which I should have pushed back on, however it was on a few dollars over the lowest price I had found for the Prius Plug in I eventually purchased. I did not relish the back end sales experience of racking up the sale with added coverages. Sell your product because you believe it will serve your customers needs and not exploit what may or may not happen in the future. I think, had I been able to leave after the final sale price was ascertained, my experience would have been more favorable. I am in sales and have been for 32 years, selling pharmaceuticals. Provide the benefits of your product, provide fair balance and let the customer decide appropriate utilization and don't provide a rider (extra costs) if your patient doesn't get the desired result.
