My experience with DARCARS of Frederick was phenomenal. I walked into their doors simply looking for information on leasing a vehicle, and I left with a brand new 2013 Toyota Corolla. This was the FIFTH Toyota I've purchased/helped a friend purchase. I practiced due diligence when I felt it was time to buy again, and went to several other dealers. NO ONE could come close to the DarCars e purchase. I practiced due diligence when I felt it was time to buy again, and went to several other dealers. This is a +ve review for David Sanita and the whole car buying experience at Darcars. I was looking to buy a 2013 Toyota 4Runner Limited SUV and knew exactly the config and color I wanted and wasn't go buying experience at Darcars. I was looking to buy a 2013 Toyota 4Runner Limited SUV and knew exactly the config and color I wanted and wasn't going to settle. The 4Runner's are very tough to get with the exact options you want (being imported from Japan) and dealers are very inflexible on the pricing. I had contacted pretty much very dealer in the 30 mile radius and only Darcars (through David) gave the best price (honestly, no other quote was even close and other dealers wouldn't even come down!). David said he didn't have the matching vehicle I wanted, but could do a dealer swap if I was willing to wait, which I was...So I was in touch with David since late Dec and he was constantly in touch with keeping me updated on the progress in finding the perfect matching vehicle. Few dealers had the right vehicle but wouldn't trade, and finally he found a dealer some ~200 miles away and used his family visit time to get the vehicle from that dealer himself! David has an awesome friendly personality and he is one of the nicest people you'll meet, let alone in a car dealership! I can totally recommend working with him and I honestly think he would do his best to get the car you want at the best price possible. This was such a different experience compared to my previous Honda Civic purchase few years ago.. Also, I dealt with Chris Santiago at the finance dept and while he was a bit pushy about the "extras", which most finance guys are, he was very efficient and explained the alternatives we had well. In the end, he got all the paperwork done well and quick! And, finally Sasan Nevai added a personal touch by checking in to see how everything was going. Overall, it was a nice experience working with David and Darcars. I highly recommend checking them out for your next Toyota! More
