This is a +ve review for David Sanita and the whole car buying experience at Darcars. I was looking to buy a 2013 Toyota 4Runner Limited SUV and knew exactly the config and color I wanted and wasn't go buying experience at Darcars. I was looking to buy a 2013 Toyota 4Runner Limited SUV and knew exactly the config and color I wanted and wasn't going to settle. The 4Runner's are very tough to get with the exact options you want (being imported from Japan) and dealers are very inflexible on the pricing. I had contacted pretty much very dealer in the 30 mile radius and only Darcars (through David) gave the best price (honestly, no other quote was even close and other dealers wouldn't even come down!). David said he didn't have the matching vehicle I wanted, but could do a dealer swap if I was willing to wait, which I was...So I was in touch with David since late Dec and he was constantly in touch with keeping me updated on the progress in finding the perfect matching vehicle. Few dealers had the right vehicle but wouldn't trade, and finally he found a dealer some ~200 miles away and used his family visit time to get the vehicle from that dealer himself! David has an awesome friendly personality and he is one of the nicest people you'll meet, let alone in a car dealership! I can totally recommend working with him and I honestly think he would do his best to get the car you want at the best price possible. This was such a different experience compared to my previous Honda Civic purchase few years ago.. Also, I dealt with Chris Santiago at the finance dept and while he was a bit pushy about the "extras", which most finance guys are, he was very efficient and explained the alternatives we had well. In the end, he got all the paperwork done well and quick! And, finally Sasan Nevai added a personal touch by checking in to see how everything was going. Overall, it was a nice experience working with David and Darcars. I highly recommend checking them out for your next Toyota! More

Mr Joe is one man i would reconmend anytime, anyday to anyone at all times. His level of professionalism is phenomenal. A great associate willing to help at every given opportunity. We live 2 hours from the dealership, but have purchased from dealer before so made the journey. Mark was friendly, non-pushy, very nice. He communicated with us via email with phone. My wife and I came to Toyota looking to purchase a new car. We visited multiple times in our search and each time all the staff we came across was very friendly and helpful. We never felt any pressure, we car. We visited multiple times in our search and each time all the staff we came across was very friendly and helpful. We never felt any pressure, we always felt the staff were being honest with us in what we were looking for and able to purchase with our budget. During the search, purchasing process, and transition from our old car to our new car (Toyota Prius), Joe went above and beyond in helping us through the process. Additionally, Chris was very supportive, patient, and understanding to our financial needs and in working us through that process. We would highly recommend both Darcars Toyota and Joe Newman to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

This was the first time I was leasing a new car for myself so I was a little nervous, but Krea helped me feel at ease. She was pleasant, friendly, and very willing and able to answer all of my question myself so I was a little nervous, but Krea helped me feel at ease. I'm a 25 year old female and since this was my first experience purchasing a new car, I was quite nervous about my inexperience with the general process and negotiations. I decided early on to ask my fa experience purchasing a new car, I was quite nervous about my inexperience with the general process and negotiations. I decided early on to ask my father for guidance on looking into cars/communicating my needs and wants to a salesperson in order to obtain a vehicle that would fit me perfectly. I am pleased to report that Krea made this first experience an absolute pleasure. She is professional, helpful, bubbly, kind, well-informed and most importantly, she is honest and NOT pushy. I remember when I was on my test drive with Krea, I felt like I was driving around town with one of my friends. Throughout the car-buying process, Krea made me feel comfortable. She was also incredibly understanding/patient with my busy work schedule/limited availability and in working with both me and my father throughout the deal. Even following my purchase, I have spoken to Krea several times already asking her random questions about the car. I believe that Krea, unlike most in car sales, cares just as much as you do what you're driving and if it's right for you, which is a characteristic of inestimable value to any customer; young or old, male or female, experienced or inexperienced. I look forward to speaking with Krea in the future and seeing her when I bring my 2012 Prius in for maintenance :o) After working out the details of the sale with Krea, my father and I worked with Chris S. on the financing. Chris S. was also very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He took a great deal of time to sit with me and explain my options in a way I could easily understand them. This made what I imagined would be a daunting experience an opportunity to learn and to make confident choices/options for myself. I would absolutely recommend Krea and Chris S. to anyone looking to buy/lease a car from DARCARS. I've been driving my car for about two weeks now and I absolutely love it; the way it handles, the way it looks, and most importantly THE AWESOME GAS MILEAGE I'M GETING!!!
